1. Introduction

Welcome to LIF. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PT Living Fitness Indonesia ("LIF", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our website, LIF mobile application, LIF Core Smart Ring, and related services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Services.

2. Service Disclaimer

LIF is designed to support your wellness journey and healthy lifestyle. LIF is not a medical service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical concerns or symptoms, please consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

3. Communications

By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at [email protected].

4. User Account

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Use LIF services only for lawful purposes. Do not manipulate activity data, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Purposes of Service

LIF provides activity and health information, including step tracking, intensity minutes, sleep, health insights and AI-powered features. LIF is designed to help users to build healthier lifestyle habits; track physical activity; monitor sleep patterns; log meals and nutrition; understand health and wellness insights; and support overall wellness and healthy living goals.

7. Corporate Wellness Program

Any programs, challenge, point rewards, and other related activities (collectively, “Corporate Wellness Program”) may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service.

8. Wellness & Sensor Data

LIF may display Wellness & Sensor data, including: Steps; Intensity Minutes; Calories Burned; Distance; Sleep Duration; Heart Rate (HR); Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂); VO₂ Max; Exercise activities; and other wellness metrics. These statistics are intended to help users better understand their activity patterns and lifestyle. They should not be interpreted as medical data or clinical measurements.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence

LIF may integrate with compatible health platforms and wearable devices, including LIF Core Smart Ring. Activity and wellness metrics are estimates generated from connected devices, sensors and user-provided information. Measurements may vary due to sensor limitations, device placement, movement, physiology and environmental conditions. LIF does not guarantee absolute accuracy. You are responsible for using this information appropriately and should not rely on it as the sole basis for making medical decisions.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence

LIF may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide wellness features and insights. AI generated outputs are intended for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be interpreted as medical advice or used as a substitute for professional healthcare services.

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information within the application;
• Using connected devices in accordance with their intended instructions;
• Exercising your own judgment when interpreting information provided by LIF;
• Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

12. Intellectual Property

Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PT Living Fitness Indonesia. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PT Living Fitness Indonesia.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT Living Fitness Indonesia shall not be liable for:

• Inaccuracies in sensor-generated data;
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated insights;
• Inaccuracies originating from integrated third-party devices or platforms;
• Health-related decisions made based on information provided through LIF;
• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or reliance upon, information, insights, or recommendations available within LIF.

14. Error Reporting and Feedback

You may provide us either directly at [email protected] or via third party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party; and (iv) Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback. In the event the transfer of the ownership to the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant Company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and commercialize) Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

15. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PT Living Fitness Indonesia. PT Living Fitness Indonesia has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

16. Termination

LIF may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

18. Changes To Service

LIF reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time to improve the quality of the platform or comply with legal or operational requirements.

19. Amendments To Terms

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.
