TO JOIN OUR PROGRAM, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
WHO CAN JOIN IN THE PROGRAM?
Anyone from any level or department within the organization.
We encourage mixture from all departments/functions to join.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Steps involved before the launch program
(about 2 weeks prior to launch date minimum).
- Decide who shall participate in the program (grade/department/function).
- Let us know how many of your employees need trackers.
- Decide launch date.
- Give us information the following information for all participants:
Date of birth
(we suggest not more than
6-7 in a group)
No of Children
Age of Childden
* if unavailable, we shall take information this when nearer to launch date.
On the day of Launch: (over 1-2 days depending on number of participants, each session about 2-3 hours max)
- Come to do launch event where the program will be explained to all participants.
- Distribute trackers.
- Distribute accounts and password.
- Guide participants on how to pair and sync the device to smart phone.
